In order to promote development of electronic plan review process, DSA regional offices will commit to return all comment sets of plans to the design professional in charge in three weeks from date of submittal of project submittal for all projects meeting the criteria for expedited electronic plan reviews.
Additionally DSA regional offices will offer to do back checks on projects submitted for electronic plan reviews via web conferencing allowing design professionals to do back checks from their desktops.
Regional Managers may offer web conferencing for other reviews or collaboration on case by case basis.
- 1. Complete set of plans are submitted meeting the criteria of DSA Intake plan submittal check list
- 2. Electronic files of all submitted documents meeting submittal guidelines outlined in DSA Bulletin 06-03 (PDF - 100 KB).
- 3. Project Estimated Construction Cost does not exceed $1 Million.
- 4. Project plan review time in judgment of DSA Supervisor does not exceed 8 hours.
- 5. No more than two pages of Structural Calculations
- 6. For project submitted using approved PC comparison, electronic files of approved PC plans is requested.
